EXERCISE WALKS
Exercise Walks are starting to become more popular, if you would like to experience the outdoors and increase you Fitness then Exercise Walks are for you.
During a standard 40 minute Exercise walk you will tour a local park doing several different speeds of walking and several different types of walks. You will also complete several exercises to increase Strength and Endurance in your muscles.
I have 5 or 6 routes within the Bath area, so you will have a good variety of routes, and I will ensure that every walk is enjoyable and varied.
