Group Personal Training
Group Personal Training offers the same benefits as 1:1 Personal Training except that you will be able to share the costs and train with someone you know.
Groups can be up to a maximum of 4 participants. As a result some exercises may be done is a circuit so that everyone completes the exercises.
Group Personal Training Sessions offer the same availability of Location and 1:1 Personal Training Sessions, either in a home or in your local area.
